Any service where full delivery has been completed
Custom Landing Pages and Website Projects post-final delivery
Add-on services like automation setup, copywriting, or ads creative after completion
The βΉ3,000 Urgent Delivery Fee (if client delays asset delivery or onboarding)
We offer partial or full refunds under the following conditions:
If project cancellation is requested before work has started and onboarding is incomplete
If weβre unable to start the project due to internal constraints
For Urgent Delivery (βΉ3,000) β fully refundable only if:
All necessary assets (texts, credentials, creatives, etc.) were shared on time
You completed our onboarding form properly
Delay was entirely from our side
If you cancel after the work has been started or completed, the initial 50% advance is non-refundable. This is because:
“Your output may feel like a digital product. But for us β our time is the product.”
We work with a 50% advance before starting
Remaining 50% is payable after completion β before final delivery/migration to your domain
Cancellation after full completion results in no refund
Landing Pages: 3β7 working days (standard), 2 days (urgent)
Static Websites:
Basic: 1 month
Customized: 2 months
Advanced: 4 months (minimum)
We respect your privacy and data security:
All credentials you share are used only for the purpose of your project
Once the work is completed and delivered, we delete your credentials securely
We never misuse, store, or share your data with third parties
