Payments are non-refundable once services begin, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Final deliverables are shared only after full payment is cleared.
All content, graphics, designs, or strategies created by Nexyverse for a client remain the property of Nexyverse until full payment is made.
After full payment, you’ll have full rights to use your project deliverables for your business.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
We may use third-party platforms and software (e.g., GetResponse, Canva, Systeme.io) to deliver services. We are not responsible for any downtime, changes, or issues that arise from those platforms.
Our main channels of communication include Email, WhatsApp, and Google Meet.
You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure smooth delivery.
We respond quickly, but please allow 24–48 business hours for replies in case of high volume.
All the information you share with us (business data, funnels, strategy, etc.) is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share or sell your information to anyone.
While we take all reasonable steps to deliver high-quality work, Nexyverse is not liable for:
Business losses or missed opportunities due to delays or technical issues.
Performance variations caused by third-party platforms (ads, automation, hosting, etc.).
Any damages beyond the amount paid for services.
These terms may be updated from time to time. We recommend reviewing this page occasionally. Continued use of our services means you agree with any changes.
