This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for services provided by Nexyverse Digital Solution. Because our work is custom and delivered as a service, please read this carefully before engaging us.
1. Custom service work
Our services involve dedicated time, strategy and custom deliverables. Once work on a project has begun, the time and resources committed cannot be recovered.
2. Deposits & advances
Advance payments and deposits reserve our time and begin the work. These are non-refundable once a project has started.
3. Requesting a refund
- If you wish to request a refund, email us within 7 days of payment, before substantial work has begun.
- Include your invoice number and the reason for the request.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Any work already completed will be deducted on a fair, pro-rata basis.
5. Non-refundable items
- Third-party costs already spent on your behalf (e.g. ad spend, tools, subscriptions).
- Completed milestones and delivered work.
6. Retainers & subscriptions
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. Already-billed cycles are not refundable, but you keep access for the remainder of the paid period.
