These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Nexyverse Digital Solution ("Nexyverse", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Nexyverse provides funnel building, CRM setup, WhatsApp/messaging automation, lead nurturing, web and landing page design, and paid advertising services. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in the proposal or quote agreed between you and us.
2. Engagement & payments
- Projects begin once the agreed advance/deposit is received.
- Invoices are payable by the dates stated on each invoice.
- Retainer plans are billed in advance each cycle and may be cancelled before the next billing date.
3. Your responsibilities
To deliver on time, you agree to provide the access, content, brand assets and timely feedback we reasonably need. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks and know-how, and may feature the completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Scope & revisions
Each engagement includes the revisions and deliverables stated in the proposal. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted and billed separately.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the services.
7. Limitation of liability
We work hard to deliver results, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, leads or rankings, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
8. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
